Linux is an open source and community developed Operating System (OS) for Computers, Servers, Mainframes, Mobile devices & Embedded devices.

The source code may be used, modified and distributed commercially or non-commercially by anyone under the terms of its respective licenses, such as the GNU General Public License

Linux is available in several distributions, some of the most popular distributions include Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Debian & Ubuntu..
